Osman Bilal, nicknamed as "Arturo" a 16 years old midfielder Born in adabraka a suburb of Greater Accra Region.

He started playing football at the age of 9 at adabraka Sahara Park, and was scouted by hearts babies a colts club in adabraka.
Played in all their youth ranks the u 12 u 15 and u 17.   looking forward to his debut season in the Ghana division  2 league .

Bilal already participated in the Madina zone Division 2  NC competition in which he showed his quality.
He helped the team win the first group stage but due to some reasons madina Republicans pulled him out of the competition in the next round

Very good passer of the ball but his ability to make timely interceptions and win the ball back for his team makes him an excellent player

Osman joined glow lamp soccer academy where he spent two years training under Ghanaian legend Nii Odartey Lamptey before joining Republicans FcA.

Natural born ball winner started as an attacking midfielder in which  he scored a good number of goals and registered many assists with hearts babies and glow lamp soccer academy

He was reverted into a central midfielder by Republicans manager Tuah Khemix former player of hearts of oak and liberty professional.
His new role has really lifted his game and he has shown a lot of potential in that role.

According to Osman Bilal, he grew up watching the life's of Sulley Muntari, Micheal Essien and Mubarak Wakaso and he has learnt a lot from them.
