Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician, Joe Mettle will be walking down the aisle this weekend.

For the past weeks, reports surfaced that the renowned Gospel musician will join the table of men this weekend with one Selasie Dzisa. Wedding invitation cards have already found its way on various social media platforms.


The couple wore beautiful outfits with adorable smiles on their faces as they posed for the camera.

An unofficial photo and videos from the traditional marriage of multiple award-winning gospel singer, Joe Mettle, have popped up online.


In a photo sighted on social media, the ‘My Everything’ singer was wearing a burgundy outfit with his groomsmen lined-up behind him wearing white apparels.

Joe Mettle, who was leading the pack, was seen beaming with smiles as he stood in the neighbourhood of his wife-to-be waiting to be ushered in with the groomsmen, numbering six.



Joe Mettle is tying the knot with his girlfriend Salomey Selassie Dzisa today, Thursday, August 13, 2020.

The wedding ceremony of Joseph Oscar Mettle and Salomey Selasie Dzisa will take place at the Christian Center Assemblies of God Church in Tema Community 17 on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at exactly 11:30am.

17-year-old kidnapped girl reunited with family

A 17-year-old girl who was allegedly kidnapped in Ho on January 21, around Stanbic Bank where she went to pay her school fees has been rescued and reunited with her family. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Anthony Danso, Ho Municipal Police Commander told the GNA that the girl, name withheld, was found by her uncle the next day in Aflao near ECOBANK, where the uncle worked. The Commander said the Police was informed on January 21, 2019, that the girl, a student of Sonrise Christian High School in Ho failed to return home after she was sent to pay her school fees at the Bank around 0900 hours. He said the Police started working with the girl’s family and was informed that someone was chatting on Whatsapp with the girl’s phone and showed pictures of the girl tied to a plastic chair ready for rituals.
