ECG to cut power supply to these areas 7 hours daily
The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), has announced that it will cut power supply to some parts of the Greater Accra Region for about seven hours each day.
The power cut which takes effect from June 8, 2020 is to pave way for a planned maintenance work to enhance the power distributor’s operations.
The outfit, in a statement, said the power will go off each day from 10:am to 5:pm in the affected areas.
The affected areas include Haatso, Mallam Junction, MaCharty Hill, Weija Junction, Tetegu, Villagio, West Legon, Adiriganor, Samoa Valley and Dansoman.
Meanwhile, ECG has apologised for any inconvenience the power cut will cause.
